For over 25 year I ran multi billion dollar companies in 4 countries through pretty much any kind of leadership and financial challenges:

I led Mercedes-Benz Leasing Mexico‘s turnaround to profitability in a very challenging legal, economic and political environment.

During the DaimlerChrysler time I aligned all Canadian Group finance companies with over 600 employees under one integrated high performing leadership team, growing finance penetration to 60+% and assets from 5 to well over 10 billion dollars.

I led the Daimler Truck Finance Team successfully through the global financial crisis and achieved dramatic growth post crisis (never let a good crisis go to waste).

As part of global Restructuring planned and executed carve out of Daimler Truck Finance business in less than 9 months, resulting in two fully functional dedicated financial services companies.
